Farmers Market Team Leads:

This position is perfectly suited for an individual who is a people person- both friendly and approachable! You must be willing to working outside (in all weather), be self-motivated, and enjoy talking about food. You must have a genuine interest in learning about our product, farm sources and have the ability and desire to share this information with our customers (we will teach you!!). The farmers market atmosphere is lovely. It’s ever changing with the seasons, fast paced, and the customers are typically very friendly and kind.

*We offer competitive bonuses based on sales, tips and bartering opportunities in addition to wage.

You must be available to work weekends, and have the ability to commit through the duration of the 2023 farmers market season. Ideal candidates will have a vehicle that can load market coolers and set up (wagon, truck or SUV).

Inventory Manager: (Not currently hiring for this position)

This is a very important role within our business. The inventory manager tracks all product coming in and out of our facility. It is well suited for an individual who works well independently, is detail oriented, organized and has basic experience using excel spreadsheets or the ability to learn. This position is part-time and has flexible hours aside from Saturdays.

Production Crew Members:

This position is well-suited for an individual who enjoys working on a team, has experience or the desire to learn to work in a production kitchen, is interested in learning the art of sausage making, is detail oriented, self-motivated and has the ability to work standing up all day. Our production team typically works Tuesday-Fridays depending on product demand, however it is not essential to be available to work all of the days. Shifts vary in length between 6-8 hours.
